Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit from a former housekeeper, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who alleges she was subjected to a "toxic and abusive environment" during her employment from September 2024 to August 2025. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, claims Vasquez experienced "severe and pervasive harassment" and discrimination based on her race, national origin, and religion from senior household staff, including a head housekeeper identified as Patsy and a supervisor named Elsi.

According to court documents, Vasquez reported being treated with "hostility and exclusion" from her first day. She alleges she was routinely assigned the most difficult tasks, publicly belittled, had her accent mocked, and was subjected to demeaning treatment. The complaint also states that supervisors allegedly snapped their fingers at her, demanded to inspect her phone, made derogatory remarks about her Catholic faith and Salvadoran background, and even made comments related to deportation.

Vasquez claims that in March 2025, a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet while reprimanding her. She also alleges that her complaints about the mistreatment were ignored, dismissed, or mocked, and that her working conditions worsened, including reduced hours and an increased workload. This alleged hostile environment led Vasquez to take medical leave in July 2025, and she ultimately resigned in August 2025, citing anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder.

The lawsuit names Kylie Jenner Inc., Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services as defendants. While Jenner is not directly accused of engaging in the harassing behavior, the suit contends she is liable for failing to intervene or address the reported conduct. Vasquez is seeking a jury trial and damages for unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and other compensation she claims was unlawfully withheld. This is not the first time a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family has faced legal action from former staff; Kim Kardashian was sued by domestic staff in 2021 over similar wage and break violations.

Representatives for Kylie Jenner have not yet publicly commented on the allegations.
